Brookhill Phase 3 Subdivision Plan Assumption By-Law
On February 28, 2022, the General Government Committee of Clarington approved the assumption of certain streets within the Brookhill Phase 3 Subdivision, Plan 40M-2580. The resolution, numbered GG-120-22, was moved by Mayor Foster and seconded by Councillor Zwart. The committee received Report PWD-004-22, which included a draft by-law for the assumption. The committee resolved that all interested parties listed in the report and any delegations be advised of Council’s decision. The motion was carried unanimously.
