Peavey Mart Break-and-Enter Suspect Arrested in Bowmanville
On August 28, 2024, at approximately 12:25 a.m., East Division officers responded to a break-and-enter at Peavey Mart, located at 95 Baseline Road in Bowmanville. A male suspect was found loading stolen items into a van and was taken into custody without incident. The van's license plates were determined to be stolen.
Timotei Ember, 43, from Bright, has been charged with Break-and-Enter, Theft Under $5000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 (two counts), Mischief Under $5000, and Possession of Break-in Instruments. He was released on an Undertaking.
