Bayly Street Lane Restrictions in Ajax Until Mid-November

The Regional Municipality of Durham has announced lane restrictions on Bayly Street in Ajax. These restrictions are in place from Church Street South to 500 metres east of the intersection with Church Street South. The work is scheduled to continue until November 15, although adverse weather conditions could affect the timeline.

The purpose of the restrictions is to facilitate the installation of a new centre median island, a multi-use path, and the extension of eastbound and westbound right turn lanes. The municipality has acknowledged the potential disruption and is aiming to complete the work efficiently.
