Awarding of Contract for Sponsorship, Advertising, and Naming Rights Sales
On April 11, 2022, the General Government Committee of Clarington awarded the contract for Sponsorship, Advertising, and Naming Rights Sales to Montgomery Partners Professional Corporation. The contract is for an initial term of three years, commencing May 15, 2022, and concluding on May 14, 2025. The agreement may be extended for up to two additional one-year terms, subject to approval by the Council. The terms of the contract are to be finalized in a form acceptable to the Municipal Solicitor.
