Arrest Warrant Issued for Suspect in Bowmanville Fraud Case

The Durham Regional Police Service has issued an arrest warrant for a 32-year-old male suspect in connection with telephone banking fraud incidents in Bowmanville. Earlier, a "Help Solve a Crime" news release had sought public assistance to identify the man involved in these crimes in September 2024.

The suspect has now been identified, as confirmed by the Durham Regional Police Service, and law enforcement is proceeding with efforts to apprehend him. The fraudulent activities reportedly targeted individuals via telephone banking within the Bowmanville area.
