Armed Robbery at Clarington Gas Station
On September 15, 2024, at approximately 10:10 p.m., an armed robbery occurred at the Esso Gas Station located at 1451 Regional Highway 2 in Clarington. A male suspect entered the gas station and demanded cash from an employee while threatening with a knife. The suspect fled the scene when other patrons entered the gas station. The employee was not physically injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 20-25 years old, 5’10” tall, with blonde hair and an average build. He was wearing a dark-colored face mask, a black shirt, red and black pants, and black shoes.
