Approval of Northglen West Phase 3 Subdivision Plan Assumption
On February 28, 2022, Clarington's General Government Committee approved the Assumption By-law for the Northglen West Phase 3 Subdivision, Plan 40M-2606. The resolution, moved by Mayor Foster and seconded by Councillor Zwart, stated that Report PWD-003-22 be received and that the draft By-law, which assumes certain streets within Plan 40M-2606 and adjacent plan 40M-2560, be approved. Additionally, it was resolved that all interested parties listed in Report PWD-003-22 and any delegations be advised of Council’s decision. The motion was carried unanimously.
