Approval of Northglen East Park Siteworks

The General Government Committee has approved the Northglen East Park Siteworks project, awarding the contract to Powcon Inc. for a total bid amount of $803,012.58 (Net HST Rebate). The total funds required for the project are $1,131,977.73 (Net HST Rebate), which includes construction costs, Hydro servicing fees, playground and splash pad equipment, design fees, construction monitoring, materials testing, and contingencies totaling $328,965.15 (Net HST Rebate). This decision was made during the meeting held on June 3, 2024, as outlined in Report FSD-028-24.
