Approval of Funds and Contract for Dehumidification Equipment at Diane Hamre Recreation Complex

The General Government Committee of Clarington approved funding for the installation of new dehumidification equipment at the Diane Hamre Recreation Complex during their meeting on May 6, 2024. The contract was awarded to HTS Engineering, which submitted the lowest compliant bid of $677,796.70 (Net HST Rebate) for the supply of the equipment, as outlined in Report FSD-025-24. The total funds required for this project are included in the approved budget and will be drawn from the DHRC – Building Improvements account (Account Number: 110-42-421-84244-7401). All interested parties will be advised of Council’s decision regarding this project.
