Appointments to Clarington Active Transportation and Safe Roads Advisory Committee and Heritage Committee

The General Government Committee of Clarington held a meeting on March 8, 2021, where appointments to the Clarington Active Transportation and Safe Roads Advisory Committee and the Clarington Heritage Committee were discussed. The committee resolved to appoint three new members to the Active Transportation and Safe Roads Advisory Committee: Philip Haylock, Belva Lukascovics, and Connor Houston. Their term will end on December 31, 2022, or until a successor is appointed. Additionally, the resignation of Marina Ross from the committee was acknowledged with thanks for her contributions. The Clerk’s Division has been authorized to continue advertising for the remaining vacancy on the Clarington Heritage Committee. These decisions were made in accordance with the Appointment to Boards and Committees Policy.
