Appointment of New Members to the Orono Business Improvement Area
The General Government Committee of Clarington appointed four members to the Board of Directors of the Orono Business Improvement Area (BIA) during their meeting on March 21, 2022. The appointed members are Gavin Crabb, Karen Lowery, Frank Maitland, and Heather Maitland. Their term will end on December 31, 2022, or until a successor is appointed, as per the Appointments to Boards and Committees Policy. This appointment aims to support local business development and community initiatives in Orono.
