A Gift of Art Announces Future Plans
During the General Government Committee meeting on October 16, 2023, Dave Mason provided an update on A Gift of Art's future plans. The organization intends to sell its current building while continuing to operate as a registered charity and non-profit corporation. The equity gained from the sale will be used to establish an endowment aimed at supporting art classes, artists, and community events. Mason also indicated that the Board is exploring options for a new location and will focus on enhancing education and community support moving forward.
